We're Here to Help
Request Franchise Information
After reviewing our website, please contact us to let us know that you're curious about the opportunity. We will get back to you right away to discuss why a used car franchise may be the right next career move for you.
01Qualification Call
Our process begins with a conversation to learn about your background, business goals, available market interests, investment timeline, and qualifications. We will also provide an initial overview of the Byrider opportunity and determine whether it may be a good fit for both parties.

02Business Overview
Next, we will take a deeper look at Byrider’s vertically integrated dealership and finance model. You will learn how vehicle sales, centralized underwriting through CNAC, service operations, technology, marketing, and franchise support work together within the business.

03Franchise Disclosure Document Review
Qualified candidates receive Byrider’s current Franchise Disclosure Document for review. Our Franchise Development team will guide you through the document and help answer questions about the investment, fees, agreements, franchisee obligations, and other important aspects of the opportunity.

04Franchisee Validation
You will have the opportunity to speak directly with existing Byrider franchisees. These conversations provide firsthand insight into dealership operations, the franchisee experience, Byrider’s support structure, and the opportunities and challenges associated with owning the business.

05Discovery Day
Visit Byrider’s headquarters in Carmel, Indiana, to meet members of our leadership and support teams. Discovery Day provides a closer look at the business model, key operational functions, available resources, and the people who will support you as a franchisee.

06Franchise and Development Agreements
Following mutual approval and completion of all required review periods, you will sign the Franchise Agreement and, when applicable, a Development Agreement for additional locations or territory rights.

07Onboarding and Dealership Development
Once agreements are signed, our team will help you begin the onboarding and development process. Support includes market and site evaluation, real estate and facility planning, financing-resource introductions, training, technology setup, staffing preparation, and pre-opening operations.

08New Store Opening
As opening day approaches, Byrider will help your team prepare to launch the dealership. Training, operational guidance, technology, marketing resources, and opening support help establish the foundation for your new Byrider location.

09Ongoing Training and Franchisee Network
Support continues after your dealership opens. Franchisees and their teams benefit from ongoing training, Executive Franchise Consultant guidance, functional expertise, 20 Groups, composite reviews, the Annual Convention, and other opportunities to collaborate with the Byrider franchise network.
